BLM Trans Aid Program

Our goal is to support Black Trans, non-binary, genderqueer, nonconforming, and agender people who are most in need. We seek to support people who are in need of immediate medical, housing, and food support through this financial grant. So far we have been able to help 14 people receive funds for housing, food, medical bills, and important basic needs.

Gender Illumination is excited to announce the formation of a needs based grant program.  We are exclusively gifting these funds to Black trans, genderqueer, gender non-conforming, agender, non-binary people, and anyone who identifies as Black and non-cis, in support of the Black Lives Matter movement and acknowledgment of the ongoing major societal injustices faced by Black people. 

$19,575 has already been awarded to those most in need - helping 14 amazing people! This gift is for individuals who have urgent financial needs.
